John Sheath - Chairman


John is an internationally experienced Chartered Director and Independent non-executive director (NED). John focuses on Risk & Corporate Governance, Business Development and Business Improvement, having served several blue chip clients in these areas as well as an NED for a variety of regulated businesses. Whilst maintaining an extensive contact database with significant benefit to his roles, he is also known for creating the only Isle of Man (IoM) independent register for NEDs, serving the island as a philanthropic venture. His wide experience both locally and internationally gives John an insight that allows him to add great value, whether as a Board member or consultant. John is resident in the Isle of Man and as a NED represents regulated businesses and listed funds and is also passionate about technology.

William Prescott - Director


William is an entrepreneur with an eye for emerging technology markets and has founded and successfully exited a number of technology-based ventures. He is an experienced mentor, business consultant and investor in early stage ventures. His expertise includes product, process and business model innovation. Formally qualified with Masters Degrees in Physics, Microelectronics, Telecommunications and with an MBA from the University of Exeter Business School, his focus is on innovation system’s architecture, impact investment, sustainability and business model innovation. Driven by a belief that vibrant, healthy and resilient economies must be led by businesses that align their core purpose to the creation of positive social and environmental outcomes, William collaborates with colleagues at the University of Exeter and worldwide to explore business models, strategies and processes aimed at helping businesses create socio-economic value.

Suchit Punnose - Managing Director

Marcus Wohlrab - Director


Marcus is a senior international executive with over 25 years’ experience analysing and valuing companies along with a variety of other investment products, from venture capital, private equity to fully listed companies and their derivatives, assessing their risk profile for his institutional and private clients as well as for his own portfolio. Marcus’ investment banking experience includes roles at Wood Gundy (Canadian investment bank), Paine Webber (US investment bank) and UBS (Swiss bank) where he advised his institutional and private clients as to the investment eligibility of single companies as well as investment products such as structured products and funds. He was Executive Vice President at NASDAQ and EASDAQ Stock Markets, running both European and Middle Eastern sales, marketing and research Teams (100+ people), where his team advised viable companies on how they might be received by the investment community taking into account factors such as valuation, risk, market segment and competition completing several hundred corporate and corporate financial instrument transactions. He sat on the board of Corporate Investment Counsel, advising management on strategic company decisions and personally investing in a number of these companies where he is also a board member. He is the co-founder of the Gibraltar Stock Exchange.

Carlos M. Martins -


Carlos is at present a Gibraltar Business Director and Chief Operating Officer of a DLT Provider that has applied and is awaiting its GFSC license any time soon. Previously he was involved with 2 other DLT projects in Gibraltar. Carlos has worked in international private banking and wealth management for more than 28 years and has held various managerial positions in international groups such as SG Hambros Bank (Gibraltar) Limited (part of Société Générale Group) and Credit Suisse. He is a Swiss Certified Financial Planning Expert and a Bachelor in Economics and Business Administration. During his career he gained knowledge in international fund structures as well as other wealth planning instruments across several jurisdictions. Carlos has been involved in a variety of funds with various investment strategies such as tradable securities, real estate, financial and commodity futures, foreign exchange, art, collectables, image rights and algorithm trading. Carlos has been a member of the Executive of the Gibraltar Funds and Investments Association. For the last 3 years he has served as the Chairman of the Gibraltar Association of Compliance Officers. He is a tutor at the University of Gibraltar for the LSE Program of Banking and Finance as well as Business and Management in an International Context. During the last year he has been a Director, Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer of a GFSC licensed Company Manager based in Gibraltar. Carlos speaks fluently 6 languages and is licensed by the Financial Services Commission since 2012 to act as director of Experienced Investor Funds in Gibraltar.
